Strategically manage SPF growth, Profit and Loss, and ending inventory. Develop merchandising plans based on sales analysis and market trends. Collaborate with the Finance team to create an open-to-buy plan, considering financial figures and stock requirements. Work closely with the Design team to develop market-appealing merchandise. Improve buying accuracy by optimizing category percentage, style selection, color ratio, and assortment plans. Monitor sales performance through visual merchandising, merchandise arrangement, and promotional activities. Analyze product performance using weekly sales reports and take necessary actions. Coordinate with the Production team on merchandise quality and costing. Determine discount rates and pricing during discount periods. Forecast sales demand during discount periods. Meet company requirements for sales budget, gross profit, and buy mix percentage. Review and endorse the buy plan before submission. Provide timely product evaluations and participate in judging panels. Ensure efficient fabric usage and manage fabric reservations. Approve test programs and handle goods return to suppliers. Lead and coach team members.
Requirements:
Degree or above in Fashion retail, Statistics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields. Strong business acumen with a detail-oriented and proactive approach. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a proven buying track record. Result-driven mindset with a willingness to take ownership and execute tasks. Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
