职位概述
This position is responsible for implementing homologation project activities with high quality and efficiency to achieve Business Line target and providing satisfactory technical support to customers.

岗位职责
1. Project [70%]
? Implementing the homologation project according to contract and project plan, which includes:
o Assist customer on sample vehicle preparation;
o Support customer on preparing information document;
o Test, Test witness, Result analyze, Approval application;
o Support customer on IA & CoP;
o Achieve customer’s expectation;
? Provide the professional and satisfied service to client in the project;
? Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity, order profit and overall sales target and error rate target;
? Provide professional language and proper manner in communicating with Approval Authority;
? Approval Authority and Test Laboratory maintenance;
? Follow the Quality Management Procedure;
2. Competence [30%]
? Develop and extend the personal competence and scope;
? Contribution in knowledge management system;
? Follow the business line operational procedure;

任职条件
1. Bachelor degree of engineering or above;
2. At least 1-3 years’working experience in automotive industry;
3. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6. Good command of English;
7. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required.
