Key responsibilities: ? Provide before/after sales service support for customers through telephone ,email,on site in time. ? Make note of technical problems and track with R&D for solve the problems and continuously optimize the product. ? Continuously learning knowledge of all relevant products and services,give some advice on the coming product. ? Provide on site services in commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs. ? Provide technical training and carry out salon exchange frequently for customers base on the commercial need. ? Provide support to exhibition for customer and main company. ? Communicate with the management, sales team and customers to support the business development. Experiences Required: ? Electrical Engineering, Renewable Engineering and or similar background. ? At least 3 years of technical support on solar inverter related experience or similar. ?Excellent communications skills(Written and oral) in English,or same as the local language (German,Dutch,French,Spanish,Italian). ? Ability to multi-task with excellent follow up skills and attention to detail. ? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ? Adaptation to long-term business travel.
