Job Description: 岗位职责 1. 负责完成产品销售目标,执行销售策略; Responsible for achievement of sales target and sales strategy execution; 2. 在所负责区域内开发新代理商,维护销售网络;建立和维护代理商档案;建立和维护与专家的关系。 Explore, develop new distributors, and consolidate sales network in assigned territories; Create and maintain database of all distributors; Establish and maintain relationship with KOL。 3. 掌握公司产品知识和了解竞争对手产品,给代理商提供产品培训; Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge and competitive products in business area; Deliver product trainings to distributors 4. 收集并分析市场信息,如竞争对手的市场价格,新动态和客户需求,促成业务; Collect, analyze information about the market, for example competitors' market price, their activities and customers’ requirements etc. for maximizing business opportunities 5. 管理代理商的销售业绩,执行业务扩张政策 Manage distributor performance and implement business expansion strategy 6. 代表公司参加展会和学术会议,推广公司及产品 Represent the company in exhibitions, congresses or seminars, to promote product and company 7. 报告和沟通业务状态,市场信息以及其他重要信息。 Report and communicate regarding sales performance, market intelligence and key information. Requirements 任职资格 1.本科及以上学历,商科、市场营销或医学专业优先; Bachelor’s or above degree, in the business, marketing, or medical field of study is preferred; 2、有医疗器械销售经验,优先选择介入放射学、真空领域相关医疗产品;有管理分销网络的经验,或在医疗产品分销或公司担任销售的经验 With experience in medical device sales, preferably in medical products related to interventional radiology, vascular field; experienced in managing distribution network, or with experience of working as sales in medical product distributor company. 3.优秀的英语、当地国家语言(口头和书面)知识; Excellent knowledge of the English, local country languages (oral and written); 4.较强的沟通和人际交往能力;有上进心和良好的团队合作精神 Strong communication and interpersonal skills; self-motivated and good team work spirit. 5.熟悉属地的医疗产品准入要求 Familiar with local medical product admission requirements.
