Job Description: 1. To deliver all assigned tasks for the attainment of operating targets and maximum productivity. 2. To execute all processes in accordance with the regulatory guidelines, the Bank’s operational procedures and risk management policies. 3. Ensures all financial transactions are posted duly and accurately. 4. Supports service delivery that is in line with the demand statements. 5. Prepares and maintains documentation and credit information in good quality to protect the Bank’s interest in lending business. 6. Delivers best-in-class services to customers, business units and other stakeholders including the solicitors, credit bureaus and regulators. 7. Handles both internal and external customers’ enquiries relating to own area of operations. 8. Processes all instructions within the SLA and in accordance with the Bank’s procedures and internal control standards. 9. Reviews transactions, maintenance, reports and other outputs as Checker and follows up the irregularity (if any). 10. Assists in the updating of Operation Manual, report preparation and other ad-hoc assignments. 11. Participates in project implementation. 12. Identifies best practice opportunities and applies in day-to-day operations. 13. Collaborates with team members, business, functions, operational partners and service vendors. 14. Shares and learns from good practices and/ or failures. 15. Supports other members through experience sharing and coaching. 16. Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and 17. Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work. 18. Identifies best practice opportunities within and across teams.
Requirement: 1. University graduate, preferably major in business, finance; OR 2. Preferable over 3 years of experience in banking sector cover the following: ? At least 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in lending operations at supervisory level; ? Possess general banking experiences with job knowledge in loan / credit administration operation and financial services for corporate / personal customers in a cross-functional department. 3. Able to work under high pressure and complete the assigned tasks within the schedules; 4. Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; 5. A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; 6. Possess strong risk awareness; 7. Thorough MS Office knowledge and with a logical and analytical sense of mind; 8. Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
