岗位职责 1. Develop and maintain customers in South China through different channels, and cultivate major customers to achieve sales targets; (35%) 通过不同渠道发展及维护华南区客户,培养大客户,以达成销售指标 2. Achieve and exceeds sales targets by offering proper training and customized service solutions and quotations to clients within Academy product scope; (25%) 给知识服务部华南区客户提供合适的培训或定制服务解决方案及报价,以完成或者超额完成销售指标 3. Identifies customer needs, design proper professional and personalize training/consulting service to meet client’s requirement, Establish harmonious relationship with clients, help clients to complete training/consulting goals; (15%) 识别客户需求,根据客户要求,与相关话题负责人或讲师定制化相关培训及服务方案, 跟进培训或咨询项目,协助客户完成项目目标 4. Extension, maintain and update the database of existing customers, lecturers and consultants; (10%) 扩建,维护及更新既有客户、讲师、咨询师数据库 5. Coordinate clients’ payment status and achieve DSO target to meet internal process; (10%) 跟进客户付款状态,达成应收账款回收期目标 6. Perform other duties assigned by Section Manager / Department Manager. (5%) 完成其他部门指派任务
任职条件 1. Bachelor degree or above; 本科及以上 2. At least 3 year sales/marketing experience, in training/consulting industry as plus; 至少3年销售或市场工作经验,培训或市场行业经验优先 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills, good strain capacity and strong sales sense; 有良好的沟通及人际关系技巧,抗压力强,销售意识强 4. Good computer skill, especially MS Office; 相关必备软件技巧 5. Fluency in English and Mandarin; 中英文流利 6. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit; 勤奋、内驱力强、有团队合作精神 7. Can work proactively, independently and efficiently, can work under pressure; 主动性强、独立性强、效率高,有抗压能力 8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required 身体状况能允许正常工作及差旅
