JOB RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES岗位职责
1. Develop new products according to customer requirements.
根据客户要求进行新产品的开发。
2. Arrange the work per product development schedule, such as drawing, follow-up mold, part measurement, assembly engineering board, etc.
按产品开发时间表安排进行各项工作, 如出图，跟进模具，零件测量，装工程板等。
3. Track, analyze and solve various process problems.
跟踪、分析、解决过程中出现的各类工艺问题。
4. Follow up the trial production of new products until mass production.
跟进新产品的试产至顺利投产。
5. Prepare product SOP, product structure diagram and BOM.
制作产品SOP、产品结构图、BOM。
6. Follow up the design and production of tooling fixtures.
跟进工装夹具设计与制作。

QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanism or similarity.
大专学历，机械制造或相关专业。
2. Proficient in Creo, Auto CAD and office software
熟练运用Creo和AUTO CAD办公设计软件。
3. 4 year+ relevant experience, proficient in characteristic of thermoplastic molding/metal stamping and drawing process/design principles of plastic and metal products/manufacture of sheet metal products/ structure and principle of molds.
4年以上相关工作经验，熟悉塑料、金属产品的设计原则，钣金制品设计与制作以及模具结构和原理。
4. Strong background on injection molding process or die casting process or CNC turning or surface treatment.
熟悉注塑模具、压铸、CNC或表面处理等工艺。
5. Good communication and capable to work independently.
良好的沟通技巧及独立的工作能力。
