Position Accountabilities: 1. To assist in the preparation of the compliance review plan. 协助编制合规审查计划。 2. To conduct compliance reviews and self-assessments according to defined methodology and sampling guidelines. 根据设定的方法和抽样准则进行合规审查和自我评估。 3. To assist in the development on test steps in achieving the testing objectives and comment on the adequacy of control design and operating effectiveness. 协助制定测试步骤,以达到测试目标,并就控制设计和操作效果的充分性提出意见。 4. To provide regular update on review progress and review results to supervisors in Hong Kong. 定期向香港的主管提供检讨进度和检讨结果的最新情况。 5. To provide recommendations to strengthen the Bank’s control framework and follow up the implementation of recommendations given. 就加强本行的控制框架提供建议,并跟进所提建议的落实情况。 6. To assist in the preparation of management information reports relating to the responsible areas and present to senior management where necessary. 协助编写与负责领域有关的管理信息报告,并在必要时提交给高级管理层推动本行转型举措及合规科技发展。 7. To promote Bank’s transformation initiatives and Regtech development. 推动本行转型举措及合规科技发展。 8. To drive the use of data analytic tools in executing reviews where possible. 在可能的情况下,推动使用数据分析工具进行审查。
Competence Requirements: Academic Qualifications / Professional Qualifications / Relevant Experience Requirements / Job Knowledge 1. Bachelor degree or Above with minimum 5 years’ working experience in the financial services industry with compliance / audit / risk management / internal control experience. 本科或以上学历,并在金融服务行业的合规/审计/风险管理/内部控制范畴中具有最少5年工作经验。 2. Sound and all-rounded knowledge with respect to various aspects in assigned responsible business units/AML&CFT. 对指定负责业务部门/反洗钱的各个方面有扎实和全面的了解。 3. Strong understanding of HKMA regulatory and legislative obligations and industry guidance will be an advantage. 就加强本行的控制框架提供建议,并跟进所提建议的落实情况。 4. Good presentation and report writing skills. 良好的表逹和报告写作技巧。 5. A confident, efficient and effective team player with initiative and who is able to work independently. 自信、高效、有效的团队合作者,具有主动性,能够独立工作。 6. Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure, and liaise effectively with business and supporting units. 良好判断能力,在压力下工作,并能与业务和支持单位有效沟通联络。 7. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. 熟练掌握中英文口语和书面语。 8. PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office 具有PC知识,熟悉MS Office。 9.
