Summary:
The Bottom Planner is responsible for managing of Bottom supplier’s capacity, supplier’s lead time and supplier’s delivery. Bottom Planner is responsible for maintaining supplier’s stable high level delivery performance.

Responsibilities:
1. Collect and validate bottom supplier’s capacity after each buy order / update forecast, identify if any capacity constrain issues, and focus efforts on factory capacity constraint issue and implement resolutions with bottom supplier.
2. Collect and validate bottom supplier’s delivery performance by month.
3. Handle bottom supplier’s critical delivery issue.
4. Drive Bottom supplier to achieve delivery target.
5. Maintain Bottom supplier’s profile.
6. Other routine job requirement from upper managers.


Qualifications:
1. Graduated from University prefer but not a must if with relevant working experience.


2. At least has 5 years and above solid planning working experience. Prefer with Bottom FMCG industry will be an added advantage.


3. Must be computer literature especially in Microsoft Excel with capability using the Excel function. Written & Spoken English is a must.
