RESPONSIBILITES 岗位职责: 1. Be responsible to build up and manage overseas distributors/dealers. 2. Business development of overseas customers and account management. 3. Follow contract management policy to review, negotiate and sign off business contracts. 4. Collect market information and fulfill other tasks assigned by line manager. 5. Monitor and analyze revenue streams, identifying opportunities for growth. 6. Work on pricing strategies and contribute to revenue optimization efforts. 7. Implement and manage CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships. 8. Collaborate with various departments, such as marketing, finance, and supply chain, to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to commercial activities. 9. Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks. 10. Prepare and present regular reports on commercial performance to senior management. REQUIREMENTS 任职要求: 1. Be familiar with import-export business process with knowledge of international trade. Experience in foreign trade is a plus. 2. Fluency in English reading, writing, listening and speaking, CET-6 and above. Proficiency in other foreign language will be a plus. Knowledge of sales process, business analytics, CRM, risk management, compliance management, business report, marketing strategies 3. Pragmatic, customer orientated, work under pressure and highly result driven. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive, a team player with learning agility, can work under pressure. Strong communication, coordination and organization skill. Be able to travel overseas as necessary. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE 教育背景/经验: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with lithium battery related education background. Overseas study or working experience is a plus. 2. Five years or above working experience in lithium battery related industry, preferrable in multinational company. Solid customer/distributor/dealer base and team management experience will be a plus.
