Job Responsibilities:

? Responsible for the overall sales operations, including strategies and results, in assigned area of responsibility.

? Plans and directs all sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies, implementing and/or developing the sales strategies, managing customer relationships design of specific programs to achieve business objectives and staffing and training the sales force.

? Establishes short- and long-term goals and quotas in alignment with company objectives.

? Strategic thinking, result oriented to prioritize complex situations.

? Fully responsible of the team to admit to Standard Business Conduct in daily work.

? Strong business acumen and application driven sense to lead the team to develop new business opportunities.

? Team management and talent pool development to build a stable and competent team.

? Establishes Business Channel and Partnership network to improve territory coverage. Manage Channel partners to deliver business results, high quality service with fully complied business conduct.

? Establish, maintain, and improve KOL, key customers and business partners relationship and network.

? Strong communication skill to build collaborations across different functions to secure business resources.


Job Posting Qualifications:

? Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.

? Minimum of 5 years experience formally or informally managing people, projects and/or programs.
