Position Summary As project manager to lead meditech Guangzhou digitalization project. Support in hub deployment activities to implement S/4HANA at new entities Configure the template according to local needs (localization) Lead and develop the Value Stream at site in alignment with relevant matrix functions. Measure performance of respective department and foster continuous improvements. Managing all processes inside the Value Stream while optimize the utilization of all resource to fulfill the production plan with consideration of all quality aspects and COGS. Drive the Value Stream with end-to-end responsibility at the site: Accountable for the out-put/quality/lead-time if the Value stream. Responsibility 1.End to end Inbound-to-Outbound -Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes with Devices and/or Implants&Disposables -Drive adaptation of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing -Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling) -Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system -Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments) -Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training 2.End to end Plan-to-Produce -Manage (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Plan-to-Produce processes -Drive adaptation of E2E Plan-to-Produce processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing -Provide guidance for & steer junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling) -Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system -Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/ segments) Contribute, as organized by training lead, to creation of training materials, and, if required, support end user training 3. Strategy management Strategic direction of the Value stream Develop strategic direction according to the operation strategy. Setup and implement the production strategy for the dedicated Value stream with consideration customer demands in alignment with the “Master Production Schedule” and “Down Stream Supply Chain” for the current setup and also long-term vision. 4.Responsible for order fulfillment End-to -end responsibility for the fulfillment or respective customer orders regarding volume, time and quality at the site Ensure targets for the production lines (volume, scrap rate, productivity, lead time) are met and the impact of demand variances are mitigated. Maintain flexibility of direct workforce by implementing and ensuring the use of multi skill plan for the required competencies Ensure that quality system, SOPs, safety rules and good manufacturing practices are implemented and followed. 5.Responsible for process optimization and cost efficiency Continuously analyze the production process together with the production supervisor ,first level support ,CI, Manufacturing Engineering and R&D Implement appropriate expense control measures to achieve approved budget/COGS Support projects and initiatives Support the life cycle of products (e.g industrialization of new and phase out of existing products) and CAPA Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement necessary structural changes. Promote best practice sharing locally and across sites. Requirement 1.More than ten years work experience in manufacturing of medical devices or any product in high quality standard environment ,more than 3 years of experience in management of a production team.4-6 years of relevant professional experience with reference in Production and Logistics Management in the manufacturing industry with Devices and/or Implants&Disposable 2.In-depth understanding of E2E Plan-to-Produce business processes like Production and supply planning, Production execution, Plant maintenance, Integration with production-related processes & systems, e.g., MES. 3.In-depth understanding of E2E Inbound-to-Outbound business processes like (Extended) warehouse management, Transportation management, Management of 3PL, Integration with logistics-related processes & systems, e.g., AEB for foreign trade. 4.Proven experience with business requirements mgt. and design of business processes 5.Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems Relevant industry knowledge 6.Knowledge in lean manufacturing (e.g Kaizen principles, TPS) and process optimization tool (Six sigma or similar) 7.Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills 8.Bachelor or above, major in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
