Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting and Data Analytics 61 Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, KPI progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports 61 Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc KPI/activity reports in a timely manner 61 Collaborate and support ad-hoc reporting to distribution team (i.e. Agency and Partnership Distribution) to monitor sales-driven business activities 61 Prepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications 61 Coordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation Operation Management 61 Provides consistent feedback and coaching and creates assignments to ensure the professional development of staff 61 Handle staff problem promptly and properly, report on results with efficient and proactive way 61 Actively promotes adherence to established practices and standards and ensure staff compliance 61 Ensure all works delivered are well planned and well implemented so as to meet the service objectives and business targets. 61 Assist the team leader in designing and implementing the policies, planning and management control systems for the team to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction and therefore improve the team’s financial condition and competitive edge in the Company as well as in the industry. 61 Assist team leader to proceed team management. Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and Access 61 Sensitive to numbers and with good data analysis ability
