岗位职责:
1. Supervise, monitor and manage all plant production plan
2. Prepare and schedule specific plant production plan and deployment plan
3. Take action to analysis root cause of supply gap and solve supply issue
4. Take Inventory management to avoid gap to safety stock, excess stock, block stock
5. Provide capacity and utilization analysis for production lines
6. New products development status following up
7. Necessary report to support business visibility
8. Support OMP and SAP system implementation
任职要求:
1. 8-10 years of supply plan or related working experience
2. 3-5 year team management experience
3. Bachelor’s degree
4. Major in business, finance, supply chain management is preferred
5. Fluent in English as working language
6. Proficient at excel
7. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. High integrity, self-motivated, independent, be proactive and team spirit
9. Excellent communication and report skills
10. Logical thinking and Analytical skills
