职位概述：
The incumbent is responsible for handling client’s inquiry, preparing checklist, issue report to client, update regulation template & training. The incumbent acts as coordinator to facilitate communication with related parties of test programs and provides technical support to relative colleagues in Chemical Testing department.

岗位职责：
1. Handle general inquiry & complaint from clients & other department's colleague;
2. Multi-module project development and achieve personal target;
3. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely;
4. Assist sales to achieve sales target;
5. Respond to enquiries in timely manner and provide proper service to client;
6. Maintain client and improve client retention rate;
7. Coordinate the projects with laboratory;
8. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required;
9. Maintaining regulatory updates and training;
10. Improve personal capacity.

任职条件：
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
2. At least five years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab;
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods of toys & children product and hardgoods;
4. Good understanding in quality and workflow in chemical laboratories;
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese;
6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work.
