1. Manage all shipments with all parties smoothly, to ship orders at best cost and fast way, control shipping cost.
2. Daily/weekly/Monthly shipping planning and fulfilling independently.
3. Coordinating with buying team on the timely shipment arrangement.
4. Well coordinate with all parties and manage the shipments timely and properly to ensure on-time shipments.
5. Generating and utilizing weekly reports and keep shipment status up to date on a daily basis.
6. Analysing shipments and proposing improvements for cost and time saving.
7. Working with shipping agents to be cost-efficient and timely, making sure the documents are accurate and on time per order.
8. Any other ad hoc projects / duties, that may be reasonably be requested by superior from time to time.
