Your Role and Responsibilities :
The role is to manage the business opportunities in a defined territory. It is a Specialty Sales job with skills characteristics that are similar to those of the Industry Sales Specialist

Pipeline Management
·Discipline to analyses, identify and qualify review targets within an assigned territory
·Project management skills to drive on-time delivery of review activity with audit partners
·Maintain a regular stream of review activity to support achievement of financial objectives
·Strong team-working to establish credibility with peers in client management ·Ability to communicate with senior/exec management (Industry Execs and Business Unit Director)
Managing a sales cycle to closure
·Maturity and confidence to build working relationships with senior customer executives in potentially confrontational scenarios/managing conflicts
·Leadership of Team IBM with the ownership of the business opportunity
·Negotiation skills to reach a principled settlement
·Commercial contracts experience
Required Professional and Technical Expertise : More than 5 years selling experiences as senor sales account manager.
The position requires acute attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple work streams within compressed timeframes, mature project management disciplines, technical writing experience and strong oral and written business communication skills.
Five or more years of previous proposal management experience
Excellent writing and editing skills,including experience with technical writing and editing. Demonstrated ability to deliver well-written, audience-specific materials. Strong communication and relationship building skills.
