1 The role is within Business Analyst and Testing team under Project Management and Services Department. 2 The role is responsible for developing and strengthening Business Analysis capability and support developing Testing centre for user testing on large-scale transformation and FinTech projects. 3 Business Analysis Responsibilities: （1）Engage with business and support functions to gather, validate, and document business requirements. Ensure requirements are sufficiently detailed （2）Design solutions in partnership with businesses and support functions, channel teams (including UIUX), technology teams （3）Create and review functional and non-functional designs （4）Create operating models and flow diagrams as needed
Requirements:
1 University graduate in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline 2 Minimum 3 years’ experience as a business analyst, product owner, product manager, system integrator, or IT project manager, preferably in the banking industry or banking related consultancy 3 Good knowledge of banking operations on core products and services in commercial / corporate banking, retail banking, and/or wealth management, and various channels 4 Experience in working with offshore teams in Mainland China and other international locations 5 Strong analytical, consultative, presentation, and report writing skills. Preferably have a strong technical mindset 6 Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language to key stakeholders 7 A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and willing to work with tight schedule 8 Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably can speak and understand Cantonese 9 Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
