87 Responsibility: (including but not limited to) - Develop welding procedures, welders qualification test that meet industry standards and project requirements. - Conduct inspections and tests on welded joints to ensure they meet specified quality standards. - Collaborate with QA/QC teams to implement and enforce welding quality control procedures. - Ensure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations. - Provide training to welding personnel on proper techniques, safety procedures, and adherence to welding specifications.
87 Requirement: - Language: Fluet English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), Chinese preferred (not mandatory). - Welding Engineer shall be a graduate engineer in welding engineering or other disciplines with certification of international welding engineer (e.g., IWE/ EWE certified by IlW/ EWF) and have related experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry construction projects for more than seven (7) years. - Related offshore transportation and installation (T&I) experience. - Familiar with offshore T&I operation process and related quality, welding and other regulatory requirements; - Time: As per project schedule requirements. - Possible to go overseas or offshore.
