Responsibilities: 1.Overseas Engineering Logistics Operations: 61Manage import/export documentation for oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials, maintain logistics information systems, prepare ledgers, and generate weekly/monthly reports. 61Ensure compliance with international and domestic logistics standards and regulations, with a particular focus on oversized and hazardous cargo management. 61Preferred candidates will have experience in U.S. local logistics, warehousing, ground operations, customs clearance, and FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) operations. 2.Provide Optimized Logistics Solutions and Quotes: 61Organize, optimize, and prepare bidding documents for overseas engineering projects, leading and completing the bidding process. 61Conduct project pricing and negotiations to maximize cost efficiency, especially when dealing with oversized and specialized transportation. 3.Operational Plans and Transportation Tracking: 61Develop and implement detailed logistics operation procedures, monitor, and optimize the stages of transportation for oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials. 61Identify potential transportation risks, particularly those related to oversized and hazardous cargo, and develop effective mitigation strategies. 4.Customs Issues Handling: 61Guide and assist the team in handling customs issues related to oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials, ensuring smooth clearance processes. 61Coordinate with relevant import/export departments and overseas institutions, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. 5.On-site Operation Supervision: 61Supervise on-site operations for engineering projects, including the handling, transportation, and arrangement of oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials. 61Address on-site issues promptly to ensure the progress and quality of the projects are maintained.
6.Team Management: 61Manage and guide team members, enhancing their professional skills in handling oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials. 61Motivate and support team members to achieve targets and foster effective collaboration. 7.Project Evaluation and Improvement: 61Regularly evaluate project progress and propose improvements. 61Ensure the achievement of project goals and continuously optimize project processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements: 61Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics, international trade, engineering management, or related fields. 61At least 5 years of relevant project management experience in international logistics, especially with oversized cargo, specialized containers, and hazardous materials; overseas engineering logistics experience preferred. 61Excellent written and verbal English skills. 61Customs broker certification preferred. 61Ability to adapt to high-intensity work environments and strong stress tolerance, willingness to work across time zones and different international holidays as required by the project. 61Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power BI for data analysis; at least 3 years of experience with WMS, SAP, or Oracle operating systems. 61Excellent coordination and organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing and coordinating multiple projects. 61Willingness to travel and adapt to different time zones and international holiday schedules.
