职责 – Job Descriptions 1、拓展新客户和新产品,推动出口业务量增长,扩大品牌影响力 2、制定和执行国际营销策略,达成营销目标 3、代表公司定期拜访国际市场的客户,策划及参加各种国际贸易展会 4、调研国际市场趋势、客户需求和竞品信息并及时汇报到和上级和相关部门 5、分析和汇报销售结果,按照不同维度分析数据然后给出营销方案,制成报告给到上级 6、管理国际贸易营销团队,监督销售团队的业务进度 7、维系客户关系 8、管理各国际区域代理 9、带领销售团队协调工厂外贸订单出货事宜,确保准时度和准确度 1、Develop new customers and products for growth, increase sales and brand influence globally 2、Plan and execute global sales strategies to achieve sales goals 3、Represent the brand in front of international customers, including periodic visits to key accounts, planning and attendance at key trade shows 4、Create market research reports, including analysis of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive products. 5、Report and analyze sales results 6、Manage export sales team 7、Cultivate account relationships and provide service/support to existing and potential customers 8、Manage EKO’s international regional distributors 9、Lead the sales team in coordinating timely and accurate factory shipments 经验要求 – Experience Requirement 1、本科以及以上学历 2、有7年以上国际贸易消费品市场营销和品牌运营经验并取得良好业绩 3、熟悉国际市场营销策略,有品牌运营思维和经验 4、有家居用品国际品牌营销经验者优先 5、有和国际大型零售商交易经验者优先 6、精通英语(听说读写),有海外工作经验者优先 7、需要经常海外出差 (30%以上出差时间) 8、熟练 MICROSOFT POWERPOINT, EXCEL, WORD 等软件,有非常强的报告和数据分析能力。 Bachelor’s Degree 1、7+ years of experience in export sales, marketing, or brand management with good sales track record. 2、Familiarity with international sales and marketing strategies, with experience on how to development and manage a brand 3、Experience in branded housewares preferred 4、Familiarity with major global retailer accounts preferred 5、Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing) 6、Can accept frequent traveling abroad 7、Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong reporting and data analysis abilities and proficiency in software tools (Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word). 申请要求: 1)简历 (中文和英文) 2)求职信(中文和英文) To apply, please submit: 1)Resume (in Chinese and English) 2)Cover Letter (in Chinese and English)
