Responsibilities职位描述:
1. Strictly follow the company, PUR+SQA procedure/or CSR on suppliers quality requirement 严格执行公司、采购和SQA的流程以及贯彻客户的特殊要求到供应商的管理，维护好质量体系
2. involve the new product technical review between Product Development/Engineering and supplier and coordinate the relationships, monitor suppliers’ APQP, carry out the Program Review, fully review Suppliers’ PPAP, ensuring parts qualification 参与新结构件的技术回顾会议, 并协调与供应商之间的关系, 监控供应商的APQP，不定期进行项目回顾，确保供应商PPAP零件及时认可
3. Complete other tasks delegated by direct Mgr.完成经理和上级交代的其他事宜
Requirements要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, require in engineering background, ex: mechanical/material engineering etc.
2. 至少本科学历, 要求是工科背景，如机械/材料工程背景等
3. Familiar with mechanical drawing; plastic mold/injection/painting/assembly process is a must.
4. 熟悉机械制图, 懂塑胶模具、注塑工艺、喷涂和二次加工制造工艺
5. Five years working experience as engineering/quality role in mechanical industry; and if in Automotive Industry as SQE or Quality engineering or design is preferred). 至少3年工作经验, 在汽车行业担当过SQE或质量工程或产品开发角色的优先考虑;
6. Strong quality problem solving skill with technical background. Frequently use “QC 7 tools” 解决问题的能力很强,掌握 QC 7大工具
7. Basic knowledge of IATF16949 requirements (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, MSA), VDA6.3体系. 懂IATF16949体系的基本要求 和VDA6.3的评审体系;
8. Good communication ability in both oral and written English. 英语书写\口语较好
9. Microsoft office such as excels, PowerPoint, words etc.. 熟练操作office 软件，如excels, PPT, words等;
10. Good team-work spirit and strong coordination skill between internal and Supplier 与公司内部相关部门团队合作精神强; 并可很好地协调公司内部与供应商的关系
11. High level of self-motivating capability and work under high pressure. Strong learning capability 自我激励, 工作用心\踏实, 工作抗压能力强，学习能力强
