Responsible : 1、Responsible for sales and project management for China business (It includes the co-ordinate and monitor projects status, material procurement, project progress and budget control. ) 2、Responsible for the order management with clerical support on data entry, various documentary works, logistic arrangement, billing process, ensures accurate invoices and monitors receivables for all the projects. 3、Responsible for purchase management and inventory control. It includes sourcing, negotiating the best price, terms of goods in order to achieve maximum saving for the company, monitor and manage bulk stock inventory and make any necessary inventory forecast planning. 4、Follow up with client and suppliers for any supply and quality issues, and dispute and discrepancy between invoices and purchase orders. 5、Communicate and coordinate with project team, vendors and clients. Requirements: 1、 Degree or higher in business studies is preferred 2、 Minimum 3-year working experience, preferably in merchandising or furniture-related construction projects 3、 High proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English、Fluent in Mandarin. 4、 Good communication and interpersonal skills 5、 Capable to work as a team to deliver quality work within a tight timeframe and limited resources 6、 Proactive mindset and focus, willing to learn and explore new things in the market. 7、 Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint 8、 Customer-oriented, good team spirit and able to work under pressure
