GENERAL SUMMARY The primary purpose of this position is to achieve revenue and operating profit growth targets through distributors management & development in the given territories. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) - Be responsible for delivering sales and parts goals and building and strengthening Marley relationships with key decision makers in TW/HK/Macau territories - Develop / Implement growth initiatives in align with company strategic plans to achieve annual sales and margin targets - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements - Actively pursue new key accounts - Accurately portray pipeline to develop proper forecasts - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders - Manage pricing levels, discount levels, and gross margins and competitor and track competitor information - Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices - Travel as necessary to support customers EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, notably in Engineering or another technical field - At least 8 years sales working experience in MNC - Distributor management / development experiences is preferred - Knowledge of HVAC/cooling towers is helpful SKILLS: - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in word, excel and PPT - Ability to act independently and consistently to represent SPX to protect the company image and business needs. - Good problem solving skills. - Must have excellent organizational skills to prioritize and meet customer
