As a Use Case Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our team for transformation projects. Your mission is to stay ahead of the curve by researching and analyzing industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging developments in channel digitization. You will also work with business and development team to define the business requirements and translate it to merge the gap for technical requirements and to facilitate digital initiatives implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Value Management and Strategy Alignment: o Collaborate with business to define strategic goals and objectives. o Participate in business analysis related system enhancement projects and maintain project timelines o Develop frameworks for measuring and evaluating value of the use cases from digital investments. o Ensure alignment of projects goals with overall organizational strategy. 2. Performance Benchmarking: o Establish performance metrics and KPIs for digital projects. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Define Business Requirements: o Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define business requirements and translate it to requirements for implementation. o Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. o Drive cross-functional initiatives to accelerate channel digitization
Minimum Job Requirements: Must Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related Business discipline. 61 Minimum of 6 years’ of relevant working experience 61 Prior experience in project management and business analyst role, or related fields. 61 Strong understanding of what digital can enable sales and it’s practical applications. 61 Proficiency in business and use cases analysis and trend forecasting 61 Ability to synthesize complex information into insights 61 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin and Cantonese 61 Solid knowledge of insurance, finance business processes 61 Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams.
