职位要求: - 具有订单管理或类似工作经验,熟悉订单处理流程。 - 经济学,统计学或相关专业本科学历 - 良好的沟通和协调能力,具备团队合作精神。 - 具有熟练的计算机技能,如数据库管理和常用的办公软件。 - 英语会看会写。 Order Administration (from reception to confirmation): Oversee the end-to-end order administration process within our sourcing office and manage all the related data from the reception of the order until its shipment. Provide information to support other critical company processes like invoicing, forecast, etc. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Alert management on delayed orders and set up the necessary infrastructure to provide management with detailed information on the reason for delays. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Panama to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies. Monitor and report on order status, backlogs, and delivery performance metrics. Production Planning and Execution (From confirmation to delivery): Conduct in-depth analysis of available production capacities, demand patterns, and sales forecasts to optimize production allocation across partner factories. Provide supporting information to improve allocation across factories so that entire groups are delivered together. Work closely with merchandisers in our China office to gather up to date information required to monitor the production process. Generate alerts for delayed orders, understand the reasons for their delays and always provide management with in-depth information on the production process status. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Industrial Engineering, or alike. 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, order administration, production analysis. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, ERP systems). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A team player. Knowledge of the fashion industry.
