工作内容: Customer Growth& Business Growth客户增长&业务增长 1. 定期对所负责区域范围内现有或潜在客户进行拜访,推动业务和产品的销售,并做好记录,跟踪进度。 Regular visit customers or potential customers in the responsible area, keep the records of information and follow up. 2. 发展新客户并对现有客户扩展新业务。 Develop new customers and explore new businesses from current cooperated customers.
Strategic Planning & Business Management 战略计划&业务管理 1. 经常与对应的直接客户或经销商沟通,配合经销商开发业务和客户,推进和扩大公司业务。 Frequently contact with corresponding customers and dealers, cooperate with the dealers to develop and maintain the company business. 2. 开拓市场,发展新业务。根据市场,客人需求,与公司产品经理沟通,设立业务项目。 Based on the market and customers’ requirements, set up new business projects discussed with company products managers. 3. 客户管理,协助销售总监做好直接客户或经销商管理和市场维护工作。 Manage customers; assist Sales Director to manage customers and dealers and maintain market.
Report, analyze and control 汇报、分析及管控 1. 收集市场信息,包括客户与同行业务动向及产品的市场需求和销售情况。 To collect market information, including the dynamic business status of customers in the same industry and the market requirements and sales situation of products. 2. 按时完成客户拜访记录、周报、月报以及放样报告。及时与销售总监沟通业务情况。争取完成公司业务指标。 To finish customer visiting report,weekly report,monthly report and sample report in time; communicate with Sales Director timely on sales progress; achieve the target set by company.
任职资格: 1. 大学学历,纺织染整或化工专业。对于具有染厂工作经验以及染料,纺织化学品销售经验的优先。 College education, Textile Chemical Specialist. Candidates with the experience from textile or dyeing house or textile chemicals sales are first preference. 2. 具有吃苦耐劳的精神,适于经常出差; Hard working, fits frequent travelling. 3. 善于沟通,交流,良好的团队精神; Good communication skills, easy going, a good team player. 4. 熟练的电脑操作,适于家庭办公的条件。 Intermediate to advanced PC skill, capable for home base sales person. 5. 英文有基础的阅读、理解和书写能力的视为优势条件。 Basic English ability; able to read/understand/write english would be first considered.
