Key responsibilities:
1. Takes over accountability for realizing a product from supporting. requirement engineering during ideation, industrialization and commercializing
2. Supports effort estimation and planning of project requests during road-mapping phase (RMSC phase).
3. Builds up the project team with all necessary experts and assures commitment of the involved parties, to realize the product in time, budget and with high quality.
4. Takes over requirements from product manager and clarifies market brief.
5. Leads requirement engineering process during Product Creation Process (***).
6. Takes care that scope and out of scope content is defined.
7. Estimates efforts based on requirements with external partners and the internal qualified departments:
- External Third Party Products (TPP) suppliers
- TPP purchasers
- PM – regarding everything needed for marketing/ sales activities as well as Launch activities
- Quality
- Laboratory
- SCM: regarding logistics topics (if not covered with NPI)
8. Accountable, that all activities during Product Creation Process (***) are addressed and realized by the responsible project members.
9. Accountable to present progress and results during specific steering committees to pass Milestone/ Gate process professionally and sustainable.
10. Be able to see the big picture as well as the small, crucial details.
11. Be responsible to take care for transparency, communication and providing information – to all stakeholders and in all defined steering.
12. Be responsible to always have an eye on risks and changes and inform the stakeholders and involved parties accordingly.


Requirements:
1. University degree in business administration, engineering or comparable. Project management certification (nice to have)
2. Minimum of 6 years of job experiences in process-, portfolio or project management.
3. Budget, cost and profitability management skills.
4. Knowledge of Mechanical, Hardware and Software development processes and methods.
5. Resilience and resourcefulness.
6. Reliable team player with high integrity.
7. Self-assured, communicative personality with the ability to deal with conflicts and to mediate.
8. Firm in communication and acting on all management levels and with different cultural backgrounds.
9. Fluent Business English is a must.
