Merchandising Routine: 40% of position responsibility 1) New Vendor Audit & Onboarding & Training - New vendor sourcing - Evaluating new vendors approaching for business, review their company profile, product capabilities, price workability, coordinating with our QC team/3rd party for factory audit. - New vendor training on order process / order requirements / Testing requirements / Order & shipping system ect… 2) Order management: - Monitor Order process and on time execution. (TNA maintain and weekly review with vendors and buyers.) - Manage any exceptions and issues in production process. - Manage OTD performance and disaster calendar. 3) Vendor engagement / KPI daily management 4) Daily support on buying & vendor communication. 5) Buying & business visits coordination. 6) Real time supply chain management / Risk assessment B. Seasonal sourcing activities: 20% of position responsibility 1) Seasonal allocation and capacity planning 2) Vendor management – Score card 3) Season Cost Prognosis according to material market report. 4) Seasonal Sustainability (Setting target and monitor achievement) 5) Critical path management (CP vendor version rollout to vendor and execution management.) C. Direct factory purchase / Market buy Business management: 30 % of position responsibility 1) Direct factory sourcing to support better margin 2) Market buys to support product extension. 3) Manage order operation in terms of design and product recommendation / quotation / order process / system ect… 4) Support shipping team handover / customs clearance / shipping docs. 5) Support finance team for tax refund and payment. D. Assist Non-App sourcing strategy: 10% of position responsibility 1) Vendor management – Vendor base rationalization 2) Product initiatives & development (Trends) 3) Product focused allocation 4) Key business projects like: Sustainability & factory compliance Job Requirements: Trading company sales experience is preferred.
