Job Description:

· Construction Sourcing Specialist to work with key clientele and oversee our companies constructionmaterial sourcing requirements
· Work with reputable and leading manufacturers of construction material and help to promote to ourcompanies customer base
· Responsible for all stages of the supply chain by ensuring our customers get the best quality productat the best possible price

· Fulltime, Guangzhou

Product Ranges:

1· Mining camp accommodation units and "dongas"
2· Dry and wet mesfaclities
3· Portable administration offices
4· Full service kitchens and appliances
5· Laundry units and appliances
6· Bathroom, shower and recreational faclities
7· Furniture, fit out and equipment (FF&E)

The Successful Applicant:

1. Fluent in Mandarin and English

2. 2+ years'experience in the procurement of a wide range of construction material

3. Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and systems，Good product knowledge with good sourcing network，familiar with some technical knowledge of product range of package,
familiar with the testing standard of UK and Europe for the product range mentioned above.

4. Existing working relationships with factories and suppliers within the construction manufacturingindustry

5. Capable of working with various suppliers within the supply chain to ensure project timelines andquality requirements are met
