- Responsible for sales of Market Segmentation industry coating, electric chemical and defoamer in assigned scope - Develop new business/new customer - Provide key account plan, market intelligence/competition update in time - Research, identify and develop existing and potential opportunities to increase sales and profitable growth; Fast response to potential customer requests on product info, technical support via coordination with various teams and functions (technical services, CSR, regulatory affairs, etc.) to solve customer problems/complaints and gain business. - Manage existing distributer' business, order entry, delivery and payment relative daily works. Provide accurate sales forecast, supporting efficient planning of products and services; Maintain customer relationship through regular contact, proposals on sales/marketing/technical solutions to establish long term partnerships - Develop and implement measures to continuously track, report and act upon market intelligence such as competitive activities, demand/capacity development, pricing development; To obtain, update, maintain and evaluate market trends, the application of products/technology and service needs etc. in order to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications Required
- Min. Bachelor's degree, chemical related background is required. Master degree is preferred - Min. 5 years working experience in related industry - Ability to work independently, self-driven and good team spirit - Good established business acumen and communication skills
