Engineering Supervisor at Guangzhou -Your next position?

Main Responsibilities and Duties:
-Responsible for the daily management of the company's engineering department.
-Plan and implement the maintenance, daily repairs, and continuous improvement of company equipment and facilities.
-Assist in the future construction of new factories, including planning and relocation.
-Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintain and follow up on engineering work orders in the SAP system.
-Develop the company's annual maintenance plan and budget for equipment and facilities, and assist in the budgeting and project follow-up of fixed capital investments.
-Communicate closely and cooperate with various departments to complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualification and Experience:
-Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical equipment, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or related fields, familiar with CAD drawing review.
-Have practical experience in maintenance and repair, and have more than 2 years of experience in equipment or engineering department management.
-Experience in project management and factory construction is preferred.
-Have a certain understanding of construction regulations and safety laws.
-Strong English listening, speaking, and writing skills, able to read and communicate in English.
-Have good learning ability, a diligent work style, strong communication skills, and awareness of cross-departmental collaboration.
