岗位职责: MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责: 1. Co-ordinate with CEUS Business Manager and other colleagues to achieve individual sales target. 与超声业务经理以及大区销售团队和其他同事做好良好的沟通协调,以达成或超过既定的个人销售指标。 2. Implement the target accounts according to the CEUS sales strategy and plan. 根据超声产品销售策略和计划,实施于所负责的目标客户; 3. Develop new accounts and keep solid relationship with existing accounts for X-ray products. 新用户的开发和培养,建立巩固的客群关系; 4. Collect products and competitors information widely; provide support for the business development of our company. 广泛搜集产品和竞争对手信息,为公司的业务发展提供支持; 5. Set up an effective sales network and monitor key accounts to keep sales growth. 建立有效的销售网络并跟进主要客户以保持销售的持续增长。 任职要求: REQUIREMENTS 要求: 1. College graduate, with major in clinical, pharmacy, diagnostic, science, or other relevant subjects. 大学专科及以上,医学、药学或相关专业背景; 2. At least 3 years pharmaceutical or medical appliances sales experiences. 3年以上大客户管理工作经验,有特药、专科药、高值耗材产品经验; 3. Strong ability to develop the new accounts. 较强的开发客户能力; 4. Sense of responsibility, diligent and with high integrity,Team-work approach. 有责任心、勤奋、诚信,具有团队合作精神; 5. Good communication and presentation skills. 良好的沟通以及语言表达能力; 6. Candidates with CEUS clinic experiences will be preferred. 具备超声临床销售经验的候选人,优先考虑。
