Lead tax centralization and standardization Transfer Pricing: Review transfer pricing methodology from China level and monitor its implementation, identify any deviations and propose TP adjustments and true-ups; Manage the royalty flow; Work with group tax on the analysis and simulation related to Pillar 2; Manage TP documentation and ad-hoc TP topics. Manage, execute tax projects (e.g. M&A, asset / business transfer, application of tax incentive, etc) and other crossed function projects Manage tax audits / investigation and tax risks analysis from China level Provide tax advice to BU in daily operation Maintain healthy relationship with tax authorities, coordinate with external consultant/agency/auditor regrading tax matters.
Qualifications:
High degree (equivalent to a Bachelor / Master) in economics, finance, tax or law 10+ years of Corporate Tax experience, solid knowledge in accounting and tax, big 4+ FMCG in house experience is MUST, SSC experience is preferred business management Structured approach in planning and execution Results / Execution focused Strategic and analytical thinking /Holistic mind-set Cross-functional project leadership skills Strong communication and persuasion skills – Stakeholder management Strong drive and Team player Fluent in English spoken and written is a plus
