Be responsible for logistics continuous improvement (CI) for CN region, include the improvement on logistics processes, logistics cost, logistics complaint etc.
Define Logistics CI projects, lead CI project team to implement the CI projects, meet project goals and timeline.
Be responsible for logistics data analysis for CN region, monthly analyze logistics cost and other logistics data such as shipment size, routes, loading rate, lead time, delivery on-time rate, delivery damage etc. to identify the opportunity for cost reduction and logistics improvement.
Lead monthly TIT (transportation improvement team) meeting to review logistics performance and improvement.
Establish written procedures to unify the logistics operation and standards in CN region, include logistics guidelines, logistics SOPs, 3PL management, complaint management, freight verification etc.
Design the logistics reports, prepare monthly logistics reports for CN region.
Assist CN Log manager to support branches for warehouse and transportation management.
What will you bring to the team, along with your creativity is:
University graduate or above.
3 years or above logistics working experience in chemical industry, prefer fine chemical MNC working background.
Hands-on experience in logistics project management, warehouse operation/management experience is also preferred.
Understand DG transportation regulations and requirements.
Skillful in data analysis and reporting.
Good command of English writing and speaking.
