Purpose of position: Supervise the production staff team of unit I to meet quality, production and shipment targets.
Job Responsibilities: 1、Management and development of 00Know-How03 1.1 Ability to manage the absenteeism and to guarantee the required production level; 1.2 Manage and reinforce collaboration between Team Leaders and Machine Leaders; 1.3 Knowledge and application of the continuous improvement tools and stimulating the purposefulness and motivation; 1.4 Act as point of reference in case of absence of the Team Leader and/or in case of Capital Intensive group workers; 1.5 Knowledge and constant updating of skill maps of the WORKING GROUP employees
2、Knowledge of Product and Processes 2.1 Advanced knowledge of all processes related to the WORKING GROUP 2.2 Advanced knowledge of all products related to the WORKING GROUP and their final destination 2.3 Knowledge of interrelations between WORKING GROUP products in the vehicle composition 2.4 Knowledge of all phases of production line and tools used in the processes; 2.5 Advanced knowledge of cycles and methods; 2.6 Advanced knowledge of all materials used in the WORKING GROUP; 2.7 Preparation of reworking plans.
3、Quality Control skills 3.1 Knowledge and application of all the quality control techniques in the WORKING GROUP 3.2 Knowledge of the criteria and types of rework activity 3.3 Knowledge and ability of application of all quality control instruments required by the production cycle 3.4 Knowledge of operation lists (tags) and production cycles (tact time and methods).
4、Cost Management 4.1 Knowledge of WORKING GROUP cost headings (costs of auxiliary, raw and in-process materials, transformation costs and final product costs); 4.2 Know-how and using the tools of data collection, related to domini/WORKING GROUP, to evaluate trends compared to target; 4.3 Understanding of scorecards data and planning of interventions regarding the main cause of losses; 4.4 Preparation of the action plan based on the activity and responsibility timeline.
5、Safety, norms and procedures knowledge requirements 5.1 Knowledge and application of ISO safety norms and safety policies; 5.2 Knowledge and implementation of safety equipment and training the team members on this subject; 5.3 Knowledge and application of prevention diary, including the safety related information; 5.4 Notification and dissemination of information on unsafe acts and conditions; 5.5 Conducting of safety audits in a systematic way.
6、MMS pillar activity and push MMS to expand in MMGZ 7、Strictly follow the OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001, IATF16949 requirements 8、Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
Qualifications: 1、College or University diploma, major in Engineering 2、Knowledge of the various components of the WORKING GROUP 3、Knowledge of the automation and the robotics; 4、Knowledge of the controlling equipment 5、Knowledge of the communication systems in WORKING GROUP 6、Knowledge of the metrology and ability to read technical drawings.
