- responsible for daily income and payment management of funds, review relevant payment processes 负责资金的收付核对及日常管理，审核相关付款流程；
- responsible for various bank settlement services such as bank account opening, change, closing, and transfer, familiar with cross-border services such as foreign exchange payment; 负责办理银行开户、变更、销户、转账等各类银行结算业务，熟悉外汇支付等跨境业务；
- monthly closing work of cash/bank deposit journal, prepare relevant statements such as bank reconciliation, inventory tables and etc 每月核对现金/银行存款的日记账，编制银行余额调节表、盘点表等；
- responsible for management of bank loan, such as fund requirement planning, drawdown application, preparation of supporting documents 负责银行贷款管理工作, 如指定资金使用清单，提款申请和提款材料准备等；
- Liase Tax Bureau, Satistics Bureau and other government authoriites for rountine reoporting submission, 联系税局，统计局及其他相关政府部门及提交相关报表
- perform other assigned tasks其他临时性任务

要求：
- Bachelor’s degree above in accounting related is required学士学位或以上
- English proficiency 良好的英语能力
- 2 year relevant experience in real estate business or MNC 2年房地产或跨国企业相关经验
- Problem solving, good communication skill and team spirit 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神
