Duty & Responsibility (主要职责): - Maintain safe and stable production operations - Set and achieve production goals in EHS/quality/schedule attainment/productivity/cost, etc. - Transfer Momentive silicones global process technology and new product to the plant by going through NPI/NPT process - Lead and implement Capex as well as improvement projects as operations representative, and ensure safe and on-time startup - Develop operations SOP and conduct training/qualification to operators - Ensure good on-site management of raw materials, conduct monthly stock taking, and work with sourcing team for new raw material qualification - Conduct root cause analysis and implement follow-ups of un-planned events and near miss from EHS/quality/operations perspectives - Drive cycle time reduction, asset capacity increasing and operations efficiency optimization in responsible area - Implement Operation Excellence program and CI (continuous improvement) initiatives - Promote safety, quality and CI culture in operations - Liaise with all site functional teams, global engineering, China process, R&D, supply chain, sourcing, marketing and sales teams as well as customers for operations related activities Requirement 职位要求: Education/Training 教育/培训要求 - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering。 - Good at communication and team work - Strong EHS awareness and be familiar with EHS requirements from production perspective in chemical plant - Strong capability in problem solving and trouble-shooting - Experience in new product introduction and technical development of new process is preferred - Experience in six sigma, SAP, ISO system is a plus - Engineer who is responsible for Emulsion production line should be better with familiar with EFfCI quality management system and take main responsibility.
Experience 经验要求 - More than 3 years’ experience in multi-national chemical company with production work experience is a plus. - Fresh graduates with good potential can also be considered.
