Job Description
1.Supervise QA Department to ensure the quality of products meet customers’ requirements
2.Deal with customers in resolving quality related issues and communicate the issues internally for problem solving
3.Prepare proactive plans to prevent and correct any non-conformance
4.Provide periodical training to colleagues to enhance their knowledge in quality issues
5.Establish and maintain a close working relationship with sourcing team and production team to ensure the product delivered are with right quality

Requirements
1.Degree holder in Textile / Clothing / Quality Management or related discipline
2.Minimum 12 years relevant experience in quality assurance of lingerie and sleepwear field especially bra production, plus minimum 3 years’ working experience at managerial level
3.A good understanding in different material nature and their technical performance
4.Familiar with most updated lab-testing methods and requirements for materials, manufacturing process and finished products
5.Good knowledge on the quality requirements about fabric, lace, trims materials, finished products of lingerie and sleepwear
6.Good knowledge on ISO 9001 quality management system and other related standards such as OEKO Tex and etc
7.Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English
8.Station in Panyu and occasionally travel to CAM
