JobDuties工作职责:1.ProposedistrictsaletargetforKAplan,organizetofulfilltheplanandachievethesalestarget.制定指定客户的销售计划和具体的行动方案,并具体开展销售,完成销售指标;2.Keeprelationshipwithcustomers,helptodealwiththecommunicationofrelateddepartmentandcustomers;Telandfacevisitwithcustomersregularlyandrecordit.维护与客户的联系,协调处理相关部门与客户的沟通问题;定期对客户进行电话/上门拜访;及时完成拜访记录;3.Collecteffectivemarketingnews,proposecustomers’requestsontime,Assistmarketingdepartment’sworkwithadvertise.收集有效的市场信息,及时上报客户需求并提出建议;配合完成市场宣传、推广工作;4.ReportthesalesprocesstoKAManagerandfeedbacktheprojectofthedistrictsales,followupproblemsinsalesactionandproposesolution.及时向大客户经理汇报销售行动的执行情况,定期对销售行动计划进行回顾,发现销售行动中存在的问题,及时提出个人改进意见或向大客户经理提交建议;5.Signtheagreementwithcustomers,sendinvoiceandtracetherelatedworktomakesureagreementavailableandpaymentrefund.签订检测合同/协议,跟进合同的履行等相关工作,确保销售款项按时回收;6.Usefulofsalesbudgetwithreason,improvetheefficiencyofbudget.合理使用销售费用,提高费用支出回报率;7.FinishtheotherworkfromChinaKAmanagerandseniormanagement.完成大客户经理及高级管理层指派的其他工作。8.Ensurestabilityandsatisfactionofkeycustomer确保大客户的稳定性和客户满意度JobSpecification任职资格:1.Juniorcollege&above,food,chemical,biology,environment,marketingmajorarepreferred大专及以上学历,食品、化学、生物、环境、营销相关专业优先。2.CET-4&above,goodatEnglishinlistening,speaking,readingandwriting.英文CET-4以上,良好的听说读写能力。3.Overoneyear’ssaleexperience,engagedinterminalsales,foodtestingortestingrelatedsalesexperiencesis preferred.3年以上销售经验,从事终端销售,食品检测或检测相关行业销售经验者优先。4.保健品和型检领域优先。
