职位描述
Position Objective:
Be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of multiple projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the company. Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Management
61 Assist in the development and tracking of project plans
61 Assist in the smooth project delivery by bringing stakeholders together, coordinating meetings, tracking progress by following up on tasks assigned to various parties
61 Together with supervisor, work closely with internal and external parties to ensure projects deliver on time and within budget
61 Implement robust risk management.
61 Report and escalate to management as needed
61 Manage stakeholders expectations and enhance their satisfaction.
61 Improve productivity through better time management.
61 Enhance cross-team collaboration & communication, achieve high-quality deliverables.
61 Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
61 Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
61 Perform other related duties as assigned.
Operation Management
61 Provides consistent feedback and coaching and creates assignments to ensure the professional development of junior staff
61 Handle staff problem promptly and properly, report on results with efficient

and proactive way
61 Actively promotes adherence to established practices and standards and ensure staff compliance
61 Ensure all works delivered are well planned and well implemented so as to meet the service objectives and business targets.
61 Assist the team leader in designing and implementing the policies, planning and management control systems for the team to achieve the highest level of productivity, operations effectiveness, quality and customer satisfaction and therefore improve the team’s financial condition and competitive edge in the Company as well as in the industry.
61 Assist team leader to proceed team management. Deputies immediate supervisor during his/her absent
61 Work closely with colleagues from relevant Business units or supporting departments to identify business and service improvement opportunities.
61 Work with other departments or counterparts to improve the cooperation and understanding among teams.
61 Actively participate, co-ordinate and promote staff participation in company/department team building activities
61 Maintain positive relationship with internal and external customer Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
61 University graduate from Business school professional qualification
61 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management
61 Language Skill
61 English, Cantonese, Mandarin
Certifications/licenses
61 Industry certifications (i.e. CAPM/PMP/Prince II certification) and practitioners’ licenses
Special Skill
61 Excellent written and verbal communication skill
61 Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skill
61 Excellent time management and problem-solving skill
61 Solid organizational skills including multitasking skill
61 Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
61 Experience on strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
61 Excellent computer skill.
61 Familiar with Microsoft office applications especially Excel and Microsoft Project, Asana Reporting Structure and Supervisory / Managerial Responsibilities:
61 This position is the only direct report of the Team Leader of OSSC-HK
61 Reference to Organization Chart of the Department
