Job Responsibility: 1. Develop new fragrance formulations, modifications of existing ones and reconstitutions to high quality match. 2. Develop and be responsible for Fragrance re-formulation for regulatory compliancy and possible raw material issues. 3. Olfactive evaluation of raw materials and fragrance oils. 4. Physico-chemical and chromatographic analysis (GC-FID, GC-MS). 5. Close collaboration with Gas Chromatography analyst to deliver excellent fragrance matches. . 6. Assist quality control with GC-MS analysis for raw material and finished goods. 7. Take responsibility in GC-MS maintenance & database construction. Perform specific tasks as requested by global analysis team/other affiliates.
Job Requirement: 1. 3-5 years in fragrance/flavor innovation and proactive approach to winning business 2. Strong problem solving skills 3. Self-starter & able to work in a cross functional team environment. 4. Communicating locally, regionally and globally 5. Academic Qualification/Background 6. Good operation skill of GC-MS, Microsoft Office and company IS system 7. Fluent in Mandarin and English, French can be a plus 8. Prefer aroma knowledge, raw material, production process or relevant experiences
