Job Scope 工作范围 1、 Manage and grow business at direct customers from South China. - Develop, implement and evaluate the sales strategy and plan for designated customers by aligning with the team leader and cross function teams (technical, marketing, supply chain, CSR…). - Responsible for formulating the action plans to achieve business growth especially with Specialty business. - Pro-actively approach and engage customers with: (1) All kinds of contents: In-depth technology know-how, marketing intelligence, trendy concepts, new innovation products… (2) All kinds of activities: workshop, seminar, webinar, PR events… - Explore and identify new business opportunities from customers and build a strong project pipeline to ensure business success for the future. 1、 管理和发展来自华南地区的直接客户的业务。 - 通过与团队领导和跨职能团队(技术、市场、供应链、客服...)的协作, 为指定客户制定、实施和评估销售策略及计划。 - 负责制定行动计划以实现业务增长,尤其是特种化学品业务。 - 通过以下方式积极接触和吸引客户: (1) 内容丰富:深厚的技术经验、营销策略、趋势概念、创新产品...... (2) 各种活动:研讨会、专题会、网络研讨会、公关活动...... - 从客户那里探索和发现新的商机,并建立强大的项目管道,以确保未来的业务成功。
2、 Maintain good relationships with customers at all levels. - Develop appropriate contacts within the organization (purchasing, technical, marketing etc,). - Build solid and long-term strategic relationships and expand the contact base at senior multinational levels. 2、 维护与客户的各个层级的良好关系。 - 在客户组织内建立强大的联系(采购、技术、营销等部门)。 - 与客户建立稳固和长期的战略关系,并扩大在外企客户中更高层级的联系基础。
3、 Engage and leverage internal stakeholders / resources to ensure projects success. - Be able to engage global account teams and leverage global and regional resources to enhance customer projects win rates. - Play a project leader role by using global resources to ensure customer projects can be moved forward in an orderly manner. 3、 吸引并使用好内部利益相关者、内部资源 ,以确保项目成功。 - 能够吸引全球客户团队,并利用公司的全球和区域资源来提高客户项目的成功率。 - 作为项目负责人,利用公司内部的全球资源,确保客户项目能够有序推进。
Job requirement 1、 University Degree in Sales, Marketing, Chemistry or related field. 2、 3~5 years' working experiences with a proven track record in personal care industry or related fields. 3、 Good communication and interpersonal skills. 4、 Good interpersonal and team spirit. 5、 Good command on both written and spoken English. 6、 Energetic, highly self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking and result-oriented. 任职要求 1、 本科学历,销售、市场营销、化学或相关专业。 2、 3~5年工作经验,在个人护理行业或相关领域有良好的业绩记录。 3、 良好的沟通和人际交往能力。 4、 良好的人际关系和团队合作精神。 5、 良好的英语能力,包括书面和口语。 6、 精力充沛,高度自我激励,很强的问题解决能力,具有战略思维和结果导向特质。
