We are looking for an experienced professional as Management Assistant based in Guangzhou site. Part -time applicants are preferred. We provide an international working environment, flexible working time, cross culture learning opportunity and international experience.
Job responsibilities 1. Provide administrative support to Management (mainly for VP of Global Manufacturing), including travel management support, expense claims support, meeting arrangement, meeting minutes, calendar management, event support and other assignments as per Management’s request 为SE (SolarEdge) 广州管理层提供行政方面支持,如差旅,费用报销,会议安排,会议记录与任务跟进,行程管理, 活动组织以及其它协调沟通工作.
2. Coordinate with CM for SolarEdge visitors’ reception, including but not limited to taking care of visitors’ itineraries and other activities. 协同合约制造商进行访客接待,包括但不仅限于访客行程安排或其它活动;
3. Help ensure VP has materials such as PPT if needed for various meetings and events. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up action items. 为副总裁会议、活动做好前期准备,如PPT等;确保会议高效进行,负责会议记录并跟进会议决策;
4. Assist VP to maintain effective communication and coordination with cross functional teams between SolareEdge HQ, worldwide subsidiaries as per VP’s guidance. 根据副总裁的指示,与其它职能部门,SE总部及世界其它子公司保持高效沟通及工作协调;
5. Other tasks assigned by VP. 副总裁交代的其它任务。
Requirements 1. Education background: college degree or above 教育背景:全日制大专及以上学历 2. Minimum 2 year of experience in multinational Companies operating in China. 2年以上跨国公司相关工作经验 3. High sense of confidentiality 高度的保密意识 4. Integrity, open minded, fast learning, flexible to change 正直,意识开放,学习能力强,能够灵活应变 5. Can do and proactive attitude 6.
