We’re looking for Sales Supervisor to join our field sales team. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for:62
1、Sales achievement and counter management: 销售达成及柜台管理
Supervise daily counter operation and monitor sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
-监督门店日常运作及指导销售活动,完成月度及季度销售目标
Provide analysis and solutions to market conditions, and fast response to catch sales opportunity
-针对市场状况提供分析及解决办法, 快速响应抓住销售机会
Maintain and reinforce the relationship with store management
2、维护及加强与商场的客勤关系
-BA management and training/coaching: BA管理,培训,带教
Regularly conduct meetings with BAs to ensure an efficient communication with counters
-定期与BA进行会议,确保与门店有效沟通
Train counter supervisors, promotion teams and new employees. Manage BAs to ensure good brand images in counters. Training and coaching on regular, new/hero products, as well as key trade activities.
Place orders for innovations and promotions on a weekly basis, control and monitor counter inventories to ensure a healthy stock level

Good execution on trade marketing activities: 营销活动协助执行
implementation of marketing promotions and sales activities, work closely with trade marketing teams and store management to plan the store activities.

Quarterly and Monthly JBP with retailers: 季度及月度商场联合生意计划
Quarterly and Monthly JBP sell in, execution and tracking
-季度及月度及时与商场做联合生意计划,卖进及执行跟踪
3、Competition reporting竞品活动报告
Monitor competitions and provide monthly market report
-监控竞争品牌活动并提供月度报告
WHAT YOU’LL BRING6262
We’d love to see candidates who have:62
1、5+ retail management experience, cosmetics industry is a plus
5年以上零售经验, 化妆品行业经验优先
2、Be familiar with office MS skills (Excel,Word,PowerPoint)
熟练使用办公软件
3、Good communication and analysis skills, Team player, Proactive.
具备良好沟通能力、团队合作者,积极主动,善于分析
4、Good Agility on new environment and anti-pressure
