Analysis and Solve the after-sale application problems

Summary and analysis of typical application problems

Establishment of each OEM components database

Responsibilities
工作职责 :
Promote the new/existing data connector products to customer and working with customer to62find better solutions of data connectivity application in Automotive;
Solve a HF products application issues and analysis high frequency system for customers.
Support sales and marketing for new data connectivity business and technical supporting on site;
Deliver company best application experience and suggestion of HF products for customer advanced design;
Investigate the HF connector application trend for new marketing
Qualifications

Education
教育背景
Bachelor or Master degree major in electronics and electromagnetic field or Mechatronics ;
Qualification & Certification
资质证书
Degree certificate
CET-4 or above
Experience
工作经验
At least 3 years Automotive application experience, especially in Info/Data Connectivity /High Speed& High frequency Connector/HS&HF Wiring Harness;
Technical Skill & Competencies
专业能力
Be familiar with Automotive HS&HF Connector, and automotive electrical principles;
Be familiar with automotive application conditions and customer’s specification and requirement;
Be capable of doing root-cause analysis or technical supporting in customer complain issues. Have skillful knowledge on system problem solving
Lead to solve the application issues for customer.
Good communication and collaboration skills
Good English reading, writing and speaking skills and good office work skill such as PPT/MS word/Excels and so on.
