岗位职责: 1. Sustainably develop the business of KL China in film stretching industry, via channel partners or in direct sales model. 持续发展克鲁勃中国在薄膜拉伸行业的业务,业务模式包括经销和直销。 2. Pursue and achieve the goals and targets for the company and himself/herself and in specific for both of sales and no-sales goals within the Operational Planning (OP), Management by Objects (MBO) and any reassessment. 致力于达成由业务计划(OP)、目标管理(MBO)或其它评估体系所确定的各类具体的销售和非销售指标。 3. Support the industry manager in defining business strategy in film stretching industry. 协助行业经理制定薄膜拉伸行业的业务战略。 4. Manage channel partners. Support channel partners to investigate and define strategy for Film Stretching industry. Make sure these strategies are aligned with KL. Develop new channel partners if needed for business development. 管理经销商。支持代理商调查薄膜拉伸市场,并制定其发展战略。保证这些战略与克鲁勃的发展目标一致。根据业务需要开发新的代理商。 5. Create new service program and products in bid to continuously improve the service quality and competitiveness 开发新的服务内容和服务产品,来持续提高公司的服务质量和竞争力。 6. Provide on-spot technical support and troubleshooting for the existing and new customers to meet customers’ expectation. 为现有或新客户提供现场技术服务和故障的排除解决,以满足客户的期望。 7. Provide technical consultation, solution and support on lubrication to customers to enhance the customers' demands and satisfaction. 为客户提供特殊润滑剂的技术咨询、解决方案和相关支持,以提高客户的需求和满意度。 8. Develop and provide technical training for Dealers and external customers. 为经销商和外部客户开展技术培训。 9. Work closely with relative Dept. on technology issues and contribute to the sales goals. 密切配合相关部门的技术问题解决,完成销售目标。 10. Participate in the Freudenberg “We All Take Care” program by creating and supporting a safe working environment, minimizing impacts on the environment and notifying the HSE department or Site Executive Officer of opportunities for improvement or areas of risk. 参加科德宝“We All Take Care” 项目,支持创建安全的工作环境,尽量减少对环境的影响,发现危险源或有任何改进意见及时通知HSE部门或SEO。 11. Comply with corporate and company stated policies and procedures as well as all applicable laws established by local and state authorities. 遵守公司政策、流程以及地方、国家设立的所有适用的法律法规。 任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or relevant major 机械或相关专业本科或以上学历 2. Proven skills in troubleshooting in the field, and hands-on engineering experience. 具有丰富的解决问题以及提供解决方案的能力,并具有机械方面操作经验 3. At least 5+ years of equipment management experience in related industry. 具有五年以上的相关行业的设备管理经验 4. Have the capacity to develop new service tools, service package, and service-related strategy for responsible industries or regions 具备开发与其负责的行业或区域相适应新的工具、服务内容和服务战略的能力 5. Matured customer handing experience, good command of value selling, klueberized thinking of doing things 丰富的客户处理的经验,良好的价值销售理念,克鲁勃化的做事方式 6. To be creative, self-motivated, independent and with strong willingness to achieve target, good communication skill. 具备丰富的创造力、独立、 自我激励精神和强烈的进取心以及良好的沟通表达能力。
