Risk Management Advisor(风险管理规划师):

Your work will include maintaining records, familiarizing insurance policies and assisting with policy proceeds. In addition to having excellent communication skills, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
工作职责:
* Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling, and referrals. 与潜在客户建立良好合作关系,包括但不限于陌生客户拓展,缘故客户和转介绍。
* Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients' personal risk profiles. 根据客户自身的风险概况,量身定制合适客户的风险管理方案。
* Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to management. 与团队筹备及呈现详细的业务汇报。
* Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals. 完成相关行政事务,包括但不限于资料的保存与管理,处理保单续保、核保、理赔等业务。
* Track insurance claims to ensure clients’ satisfaction. 跟踪理赔事项并确保客户的满意程度
* Describe the advantages and disadvantages of different policies to promote the sale of insurance plans. 分析和呈现不同保险产品的优劣势以便顾客判断并促成。
* Respond to clients’ insurance-related or any ad-hoc questions and issues. 处理客户与风险管理、保险、信托相关的疑问和事项

Requirements:
职位要求:
* At least Bachelor’s degree,preferably with Economics, Business, Finance or relevant field, and overseas experience. 本科及以上学历(经济,商学,金融,市场营销或有留学经验的优先考虑)
* Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills. 优秀的社交和协商技能
* Proficient in computers and statistical analysis software. 熟练电脑及数据分析软件
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 优秀的书写及口头交流能力
* Subscribe to entrepreneurial and team-working spirit. Potential candidate should also possess market acumen and prioritize customer service. 富有开拓企业家精神和良好的团队合作意识,市场洞察能力,客户服务意识。
