Responsibilities: 1. Deploy Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) related to the development phase (or in current production) 2. Assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer. 3. Give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management. 4. Manage progress plan with low performance suppliers. 5. Manage the process qualification (trial run at rate & process audit) with plant QA Engineer and program manager. 6. Follow the APQP progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team. 7. Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied. 8. Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations. 9. Conduct supplier assessments in accordance with the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities. 10. Supplier performance management and according to risk analysis to make the countermeasures including monitor plan etc. 11. Conduct product inspection and release the finished product.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in food / food package /Chemical subject 2. Minimum 5 years’ experience of the supplier management role or plant quality controlling 3. Written and read skills in English. 4. Fully understand SPC or six- sigma trained. 5. Know the quality management system such as ISO22000, HACCP, BRC etc. 6. Familiar with AQL , sampling skill .
