Responsibilities include 1.Provide clerical and administrative support to Buying Team; 2.Ensure accurate and timely data entry into operating files/system and maintain an effective records; 3.Track and trace order management files; 4.Ensure documents are timely sent and arrival notice communicated internally and externally; 5.Coordinate relative departments and key stakeholders in a good way; 6. Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests; 7. Support Buyers to complete the documentation work such as the contract, purchase orders artwork following up etc. and ensure accuracy and timeliness of data capture, ensure the key stakeholders receive the documents for delivery and receiving. 8. Samples Management filing and tracking. 8. Any other ad hoc projects / duties, that may be reasonably be requested by superior from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience l. University Degree or a College Diploma is required. Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken) 2. with 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training(preferred); or with 1 -2 years’ experience in purchasing field or trading companies; 3 .Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with people at all levels and able to work independently. 4. Excellent Computer literacy in Microsoft Office/ Excel/PPT; 5. Person with team spirit and good communication skill is preferred.
